Old School Gaming Returns to Vegas

Published on Fri, Jul 18, 2014 (2:26 p.m.)

The Classic Gaming Expo (CGE) is coming back September 12-14, 2014 and teaming up with the Riviera Hotel and Casino Convention Center to give gaming fanatics an unforgettable Vegas experience. The original retro gaming expo, 15 years in the running, promises to deliver a gamer's dream from the 60's classics to today's hottest products.
CGE will showcase an expanded collection of over 100 playable arcade and console video games, including an impressive Pinball Hall of Fame coin-op collection of over 40 classic pinballs and video games located in the hotel lobby.
The Video Game History Museum will be exhibiting nearly 7,000 square feet of rare items like prototypes, limited-release items, accessories, and memorabilia.
Delivering a true Sin City party, CGE is packing in the action with contests, tournaments, prizes, exhibitors and vendors featuring must-have products, and musical acts performing retro and tech-themed favorites. The original CGE team has paired up with sharp new management to deliver an incredible event.
Join the largest attendance of classic video game industry alumni to hear exciting panel discussions and special keynote speeches.
If our extended expo hours have you exhausted from late-night gaming, sit in on exclusive documentaries and movies with Q&A; sessions by the creators, and make sure to stop by the charity auction of rare video game items.
