(LAS VEGAS) – Joseph Miller, Fisher Industries Nevada Area Manager, announced today the company has relocated to new offices. The address for their Southern Nevada location is 3920 Leon Avenue Suite 2, Las Vegas, Nevada 89130.

The Fisher Industries (Fisher Sand & Gravel Company) Nevada operations include heavy civil and heavy highway projects including large-scale civil engineering ventures. Within these projects, Fisher Industries manages all aspects of construction to provide a turn-key infrastructure development including self-performed aspects such as project management/engineering, drilling and blasting of rock, excavating and grading, as well as underground, aggregate, and asphalt supply. This also includes bid tenure, contract negotiations, budgeting, permit acquisition, and selection of qualified personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.

The most significant achievements of Fisher Industries within the state of Nevada include the completion of the Crystal Ridge Development in Henderson (Ascaya), as well as the Reno I-580 Freeway Extension, a project lead by Mike Scronce, Fisher Industries Operations Manager/General Superintendent. Other significant projects include the NDOT Boulder City Widening, which was a $16 million project completed within 68 days to allow travel to Arizona from Nevada before Thanksgiving without delay. They also built the NDOT I-15 Rubber Overlay through the Strip Corridor, which was completed ahead of schedule.

Miller, who has been in Southern Nevada since 1996, looks forward to expanding their reach with the opening of their new office and continuing their success from their commencement in Southern Nevada since 2004. He says, “Since opening our main Southern Nevada office, we have expanded our business and our services offered; working both in the public and private sector. Our new location will help to facilitate and continue to foster this growth. We appreciate all the opportunities offered from our clients, subcontractors, and suppliers – without them we would not be successful.”
