Colliers Golf Advisory Services Finalizes Sale of Cleveland Area Golf Course

LAS VEGAS – (March 31, 2014) – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the sale of the Columbia Hills Country Club located in Cleveland, Ohio. Keith Cubba, director of Colliers Golf Advisory Services finalized the sale of the property.

Colliers Golf Advisory Services represented the seller, 16200 East River Road LLC. Cubba partnered with Ryan Fisher, of the Colliers International in Ohio, to represent the seller. Columbia Hills Country Club is a private golf club that has been serving Columbia Station, Ohio since 1929. According to the new owner, the country club will remain private.

The sale of the Cleveland area course marks the third sale in the state of Ohio over the last four months by Colliers Golf Course Advisory Services. This is also the sixteenth golf course sold by Colliers International nationally over the past thirteen months.

In addition to the recent sales in the Columbus, Cincinnati and Cleveland metropolitan statistical areas, the Colliers Golf Course Advisory Services team of Lanford and Cubba will be taking Twin Lakes Golf Course, located in Mansfield, Ohio, to market in early April
