Reality Based Self Defense for Women

Due to recent reports of sexual assaults on the rise, AzPlayItSafe, is holding an educational self-defense course unlike any other.
Women will learn how and why women are attacked, what assailants look for in their victim and will be trained to effectively and realistically defend against an attack. Alcohol and "date rape" drug education will also be covered by a retired police officer and self defense experts.

V=1wMHyrtr6UU Thousands of women and teens have also experienced this empowering and practical training to include the AZCardinal Cheerleaders, the Denver Bronco Cheerleaders, High Schools, Universities and women's groups across the nation.
