Colliers International's Las Vegas Transactions

LAS VEGAS (Nov. 22, 2013) – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following transactions:

• A 86-month lease (NNN) to Elite Foods LLC. The 8,535-square-foot industrial property is located at 6560 Tioga Way, Suite 130 in the Arroyo North Business Center (Phase II). The total transaction amount was $469,929. Rich Luciani and Jeff Barton of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessee. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, EJM Arroyo North II Property LLC.

• A 120-month lease (NNN) to Lascal Corporation, dba Taco Bell. The 1,881-square-foot retail property is located at 2175 E. Cheyenne Ave., Suite 120 in Cheyenne Point development. The total transaction value was $449,182. Phillip Dunning of Colliers International represented the lessee. David Lipp of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor, Cheyenne Point Holdings LLC.

• The sale of an office building to Milton I. Schwartz Revocable Family Trust. The 4,881-square-foot building is located at 6050 S. Fort Apache Road in the Southern Palms Pavilion. The total transaction value was $366,075. Dean Willmore, SIOR of Colliers International, represented the buyer. Michael Hsu of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller, Ritaveh LLC.

• A 62-month lease (NNN) to Blum Health and Fitness LLC. The 6,818-square-foot industrial property is located at 7200 Montessouri St., Suite 130 in the Arroyo South Business Center (Phase II). The total transaction value was $261,932. Arlene Nehls of LSI Properties represented the lessee. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, EJM Arroyo South I Property LLC.

• A 36-month lease (NNN) to Central Telephone Company, dba Century Link. The 2,390-square-foot retail property is located at 2340 E. Tropicana Ave. in Las Vegas. The total transaction value was $176,382. Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the lessee.

• A 36-month lease (NNN) to KBC Consulting LLC. The 3,920-square-foot light industrial property is located at 6285 S. Valley View Boulevard in the Valley View I, II, III LLC. The total transaction value was $167,376. Chris Lexis of Avison Young represented the lessee. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, Valley View I, II, III, LLC.

• A 60-month lease to Westside Armory LTD., dba Westside Armory. The 1,800-square-foot retail property is located at 7345 S. Durango Drive, Suite 106 in the Rhodes Ranch Town Center. The total transaction value was $157,000. Steve Neiger of The Equity Group represented the lessee. David Grant of Colliers International represented the lessor, Bayport Town Center Associates LLC.

• A 63-month lease (NNN) to Thai Vo and Daisy Vo. The 1,200-square-foot retail property is located at 80 N. Pecos Road, Suite I in the Pecos Wigwam Center. The total transaction value was $97,493.86. Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the lessor, Pecos-Nevada Limited Partnership, a Nevada limited partnership.

• A 36-month lease (MG) to J. Sherman Tate Jr. MD LTD, dba Imani Health Care Associates. The 1,778-square-foot medical office property is located at 400 Shadow Lane, Suite 202 in the Shadow Professional Center. The total transaction value was $74,142.60. Chris Connell, Stacy Scheer and Andrew Kilduff of Colliers International represented the lessor, Shadow Park LLC; Shadow Medical LLC; Shadow Investors LLC.

• A 39-month lease renewal to Teriyaki Madness. The 1,050-square-foot retail property is located at 2548 Wigwam Parkway in the Pecos Legacy Center. The total transaction value was $66,150. Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the lessor, Centra Pecos Legacy LLC.

• A 25-month lease (NNN) to DH Pace Company Inc. The 1,800-square-foot office/warehouse property is located at 6280 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 332 in the Valley View Business Center. The total transaction value was $35,820. Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the lessee. Theresa Vinuya of Heller Companies LLC represented the lessor, York Nevada Management LLC, dba Valley View Business Center.

• A 38-month lease (NNN) to KSM Corporate Holdings LLC, dba Nevada Mobility. The 980-square-foot retail property is located at 9430 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 3 in the Tucson Plaza. The total transaction value was $33,712. Danyel Wisehart-Brown of RSL Realty represented the lessee. Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the lessor, 9430 W. Lake Mead Blvd. LLC.

• A 60-month lease to Ernst & Young U.S. LLP. The 8,894-square-foot office property is located at 3800 Howard Hughes Parkway in the Hughes Center. Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin and Patti Dillon of Colliers International represented the lessor, BRE/HC Las Vegas Property Holdings LLC.

• A 65-month lease to Lockheed Martin Corporation. The 2,083-square-foot office property is located at 3993 Howard Hughes Parkway in the Hughes Center. Dean Kaufman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the lessee. Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin and Patti Dillon of Colliers International represented the lessor, BRE/HC Las Vegas Property Holdings LLC.
