Richard King, D.O., Joins HealthCare Partners, Moves to Henderson Clinic

LAS VEGAS (May 22, 2013) – Primary care physician Richard King, D.O. has joined HealthCare Partners Medical Group, a leading physician-run group providing primary, specialty and urgent care services in Southern Nevada. King, a board-certified family physician, began seeing patients May 1 at the HealthCare Partners Henderson clinic, located at 129 W. Lake Mead Parkway, Suite 10 in Henderson.

At the Henderson clinic, Dr. King will combine his experience with the latest in medical technology to ensure the best care for his patients. Dr. King joined HealthCare Partners Medical Group as a result of the company’s Total Care Model, an innovative approach to medicine in which physicians and professional staff work as a coordinated team to manage all aspects of patients’ care and overall health.

Dr. King has served as a primary care physician in Southern Nevada for more than 15 years, focusing on preventative health care throughout his career. He received his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.

As a result of his experience working with senior patients who have chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Dr. King understands the importance of providing his patients with high-quality coordinated care.
