United Blood Services Offers Donors Free Tickets to LaughterNoon and Stratosphere Pole Day NASCAR Event
Published on Wed, Feb 20, 2013 (10:15 a.m.)LAS VEGAS (February 14, 2013) – United Blood Services of Las Vegas (UBS) is offering blood donors four free tickets to LaughterNoon, a new family-friendly show at the D Las Vegas, throughout the month of February. Donors will also receive two tickets to the Stratosphere Pole Day NASCAR event hosted on Friday, March 8 as part of NASCAR Weekend. Donors supplying blood or plasma at any of the three Southern Nevada UBS locations and select mobile blood drives are eligible to receive the free entertainment vouchers.
“United Blood Services depends on community partnerships to keep blood supply levels up throughout the year,” said Danny Cervantes, regional donor recruitment director for UBS. “We’re incredibly thankful for the support from the D Las Vegas and the Stratosphere for offering such generous incentives for our donors this month.”
UBS relies on local blood donations to make sure blood is available for those in need. The nonprofit organization aims to provide a safe and ample blood supply, while producing advanced cutting-edge research. UBS currently has a need for O negative, O positive and A negative blood.
