This December, the Las Vegas Chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Inc. along with the Diamond Foundation, Inc. will sponsor an Annual Shop with a Kappa Event. The 1st Annual “Shop with a Kappa” event sponsored by the Las Vegas Alumni Chapter and Theta Sigma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. along with the Diamond Foundation will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 15, 2012, at the Wal-Mart store located at 3950 West Lake Mead Boulevard in North Las Vegas.

Members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. will accompany twenty-five less fortunate children as they each enjoy spending $100 for gifts of their choosing. Those children selected to participate were chosen from applications submitted for consideration.

The Las Vegas Alumni Chapter and Theta Sigma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. along with the Diamond Foundation wishes to thank everyone who made contributions, for making this event possible this year.

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is an international Greek-letter fraternity founded in 1911. The fraternity has more than 150,000 members with 721 undergraduate and alumni chapters in every state of the United States as well as international chapters. The Las Vegas Alumni and Theta Sigma Chapters are actively involved in the Las Vegas community through its community service, youth mentoring, and various civic activities.
