21-year-old candidate for Clark County Commission celebrates grand opening of new business, calls on entrepreneurs to invest in Clark County
Published on Tue, Sep 18, 2012 (1:20 p.m.)LAS VEGAS, NV—Wesley Cornwell, candidate for Clark County Commission District D has announced the grand opening of his office supplier business. All Yours – Office Supplies.
Cornwell, 21, has made bringing businesses into Clark County as one of the hallmarks of his campaign and is leading by example. “The way we do business licensing in the county needs change. We need to encourage new and expanded businesses and this has allowed to me to further see what needs to change moving forward.”
While Cornwell’s district has made great strides recently, Cornwell said, “There are a lot of exciting things going on in District D. The work in Downtown and Historic West Las Vegas is amazing and we have to keep that up,” Cornwell, who’s district has been marked by high unemployment and high foreclosures, believes that the rest of his district has failed to keep pace and also requires the county invest in the future of its residents and its children by “reducing wasteful spending without further cuts to those who have already given too much and putting the money back where it belongs; in the community.”
Cornwell is celebrating the Grand Opening of his business with Congressman Dr. Joe Heck at 4:30pm September 29, 2012. All Yours—Office Supplies’ warehouse and offices are located at 6223 Dean Martin Drive, E-12, Las Vegas, Nevada 89118
