Betting lines posted for NFL team season wins

The New England Patriots top the list of NFL team season-win totals wagering with an over/under of 12 regular-season victories, according to newly released odds at the Venetian sports book on the Strip.

Two teams, the St. Louis Rams and Detroit Lions, bring up the rear with an over/under of 5 victories each.

A 30-cent line is currently in place on this wager at the Venetian. That means if the price on an under is minus 140, then the over on that same team would be plus 110; if the under is minus 130, then the over would be even money; and so on.

As always, betting lines can and do change by the minute. It's a good idea to double-check the odds before placing wagers.

The following is the complete listing of 2009 NFL team regular-season victory totals from the Venetian:

Patriots 12 under -130
