Weaver with Udonis Haslem, Marcus Banks and Shawn Marion

Damon Weaver is a fifth-grade student from Canal Point, Fla., who dreams of interviewing president elect Barack Obama, and he's taken his dream to the web, where he's become a YouTube sensation.

In some of his more recent escapades, he was able to interview several members of the Miami Heat following a practice at the American Airlines Arena -- including former Rebels Marcus Banks and Shawn Marion.

Weaver wasn't shy about asking the players who they voted for in last month's election, and he drew some laughs with follow-up questions to their responses, which across the board revealed that they voted for Obama.

He even caused Banks to fall out of his chair laughing with a follow-up question, asking why he didn't vote for John McCain since he has an annual income of more than $250,000 (at roughly the 2:55 mark in the video).

Weaver, who during the campaign interviewed vice president elect Joe Biden, is hoping to score an interview with Obama in Washington D.C. around the time of his inauguration.

Marion and Banks were acquired by the Heat from Phoenix last season in a deal which involved Shaquille O'Neal. So far this year, Marion's averaging 12.6 points and 9.4 rebounds, while Banks is posting 4.6 points, 1.3 assists and 1.3 rebounds for the 12-9 Heat.
