Holly Madison and Criss Angel

* "Girls Next Door" star Holly Madison admitted late last night that she and 82-year-old Hugh Hefner have apparently called it quits. The 28-year-old blond beauty who has been recently linked with "Mindfreak" magician Criss Angel here in Vegas, was "ambushed" by paparazzi video and still cameras as she left a Los Angeles restaurant. She was out with two friends for dinner and didn't celebrate Hef's second-year anniversary of his Palms Playboy club here in Vegas. Holly has also admitted that she has moved out of the mansion and into her own condo.

She confirmed that she will be returning for a sixth season of the E! Entertainment reality series, but said there will be major changes. Holly said she would be attending Hef's final Halloween mansion party and she will be going as Elvis Presley. Then she dropped the bombshell: "I can't get anybody invites for it. Hef and I are no longer and I don't have any more pull up there."

Speculation has broken out in Hollywood that she's now headed here to Vegas to meet up with Criss. They were spotted together on a series of recent weekend dates and photographed together at the CatHouse at the Luxor -- where they've been seen several times together -- and the Blush nightclub in the Wynn.

"Bubbles," the famed Rao's host, Nick Cannon, Mariah Carey and manager Sergio Martinez.

* Superstar singer Mariah Carey and her new husband, actor and comedy star Nick Cannon, became the first to dine in the new private dining room at Rao’s in Caesars Palace last night -- even before it's officially opened next week.

Nick takes center stage Tuesday night at the Pure nightclub in Caesars Palace, where he'll celebrate his birthday and also spin as guest DJ. Fans had been hoping that Mariah, who hosted her own bash at the Bank nightclub next door in the Bellagio this past weekend, would stay on for her husband's celebration.

The new private dining room at Rao's seats just 15 people, so Mariah and Nick brought three of their assistants for a hush-hush dinner away from prying eyes. They feasted on Rao's classics, including antipasto, Uncle Vincent's lemon chicken and Aunt Anna's famous pasta and meatballs.

My spies who caught the VIP group put to rest any rumors of Mariah's rumored pregnancy as she sipped on a glass of Insignia through dinner.

Julia Benz and C.S. Lee, from "Dexter."

* Comedy actor Martin Lawrence hit the "Jersey Boys" musical at the Palazzo and afterward stopped by Tao’s new Lavo Moroccan-Mediterranean restaurant there for dinner. Also at LAVO was comedy star Wayne Brady after his Venetian show, Backstreet Boy AJ McLean and the cast of Showtime’s "Dexter" series, plus yours truly.

* Paris Hilton’s parents, Rick and Kathy, took in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s "Phantom -- The Las Vegas Spectacular" at the Venetian resort as part of daughter Nicky Hilton's 25th birthday celebrations on the Strip.

* Guns & Roses star Slash took his wife, Perla, and a friend to lunch at Dos Caminos in the Palazzo with the restaurant’s famed guacamole as their immediate first order request.

Heather Graham with members of the "O" cast.

* Heather Graham took a break from filming her latest movie and checked out the water-themed Cirque du Soleil "O" show at the Bellagio and sat near singer Natasha Henstridge. After the show they got a backstage tour and met with the cast

* UFC octagon beauty Arianny Celeste dined with five friends on Jidori chicken teriyaki and Rising Sun martinis at the Social House Asian-themed restaurant in the TI before heading into the Christian Audigier downstairs nightclub to host a party with DJ Eric Cubeechee on the wheels of steel.
