New Democratic maps put rural areas in new district, create two overwhelming D districts

Rep. Joe Heck's district is now 15 percent Democratic edge. Rep. Shelley Berkley's has similar numbers. CD2 is solid edge to GOP (7.5 percent edge) and new CD4 extends into Lyon, White Pine and Lyon and is 5.5 percent Democratic. Not sure Rep. Dina Titus will be thrilled.

The maps also (sort of) addressed GOP "concerns" about Hispanics, giving Heck 36 percent population. Nicely done
