So says Program Officer Kristi Geiser in a statement I have obtained. Reid's attorney, Paul Larsen, in a letter I previously posted, said Geiser had given him a green light during the campaign for the multiple PACS/conduit scheme. It is clear that he did not ask about that scheme and she is now saying she never would have -- nor did she have the authority to -- approve it.

I have posted her statement at right.

  1. Since the concept of "conduit contributions" is recognized, and prohibited, it would be good to have a reference to the law that actually states that so that a more informed discussion could take place.

  2. The NV SOS office generates controversy again. In the most recent election cycle Ross Miller claimed no problems with voting irregularities caused by voting machines only to call for new voting machines to replace the same problematic voting machines?

Sadly corruption in Nevada politics is nothing new and as this new chapter unfolds rest assured our SOS Ross Miller will find nothing about Rory Reid's contributions scheme unlawful, backed up and rubber stamped by NV Attorney General Catherine Masto-Cortez.

These are the very same career NV politicians that aspire to higher office and this should be a wake-up call and a warning to all Nevada voters that new leadership is needed to replace the corrupted standard bearers entrenched in Nevada's top tier of elected offices.
