State ethics complaints filed against Majority Leader Horsford, ex-Ways and Means Chairman Arberry

I have obtained a pair of ethics complaints filed against state Senate Majority Leader Steven Horsford, for his cash-for-dinners scheme, and ex-Assemblyman Morse Arberry, for his solicitation of lobbying contracts.

I have attached both of them at right.
