Will a gamer sue the state over part of special session budget plan?

A whole group of gaming companies and others contributed to the $60 million fund that is the Clean Water Coalition for a project now on hold. One of those, the M Resort, is not thrilled that the six figures it contributed is now going to patch the state budget. (The state grabbed the money in the recent special session.) The letter at right indicates someone -- the county or the state? -- may get sued.
