GOP legislative leader to GOP governor: You are telling state employees to break the law

So says Assembly Minority Leader Heidi Gansert in a stinging rebuke to a governor of her own party, Jim Gibbons, for telling agency heads not to respond to lawmakers requesting information: "By directing Executive Branch employees not to respond to these requests, you are putting them in the position of either

violating the law or violating your directive," she writes to Gibbons.
