Not surprising, that is really the only issue he has that might bring independent voters to him. And I think that issue is being trumped by his pushing an amnesty plan.
Even if the AZ law is overturned in the courts, it's too close to November for the memory of what Reid and Obama said about it to go away.

Let us review these 3 reasons as to why Reid claims the federal gov't had to take over health care.
Pre-existing conditions..This problem could have been remedied with a one line bill that would have had bi-partisan support.
Affordable health care for businesses...This problem has been created by the likes of Reid and his insurance lobbyist buddies who REFUSE to allow competition across states for purchasing health care. Again a one line bill to allow competition and it would have had bi-partisan support.
Medications too expensive.....Again a one line bill would have had bi-partisan support, But no, Reid is too busy sucking up to the big pharma lobbies to allow this (note the phoney big pharma ads on TV supporting the Reid health care law).
According to the polls, Nevadans having been and are still opposed to this massive government takeover of health care. Reid does not deserve a single vote because he refuses to listen to the Nevadan voter.
The Healthcare Bill was not a "government takeover"
The bill reforms a system that is provided by publicly owned for profit insurance companies. The for profit system remains but is better for the people paying into the system. People like me.
The misinformation and outright lies create the need for the ads put out by the Reid campaign
