The suit, filed on behalf of 13 kids by the National Center for Youth Law, alleges a failure to properly care for and keep safe children in the system.

Out of state carpetbaggers want to coddle the kids, it will toughen them up by having them in an abusive substandard living situation. This will foster the "rugged individualism" Rush talks about.
How will they ever find their "bootstraps" otherwise?
These kids don't pay income taxes, why should they get services? (sarcasm)
