Feds: Gibbons is wrong on maglev funding

That's what the Federal Railroad Administration said in a statement: "FRA has made neither an award nor an announcement with regard to funding for maglev development in Nevada." The governor's office said it has reason to believe that a contract will be awarded imminently. I have posted an old email exchange I was provided to try to bolster the governor's case -- Jim Gibbons crowed in a news release Wednesday that $45 million was coming for maglev, which he supports and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid does not.
