Poll: Reid seen as weak, people want public option

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's unfavorable rating is above 50 percent, but he still is almost within the margin of error against Sue Lowden and Danny Tarkanian, according to a new poll conducted by The Progressive Change Campaign Committee this weekend and Monday. The poll is a tool the group is using to push Reid to put a public option in the health care reform package -- the concept is favored by the public, according to the poll, which is posted at right from the group's web site.
