So claims a mail piece arriving Friday in the North using Harrah's executive Jan Jones' hyperbolic claim of saving 31,000 jobs -- now the word is "protect" -- that was first used in a Southern Nevada piece posted elsewhere on this blog. The issue is Reid's effort to insert a debt cancellation provision in the stimulus bill. The local angle is that Harrah's is "one of Washoe County's biggest employers."
See, Reid is indispensable, he is Nevada's power in the Senate, he is the man!

This is the first article I am aware of related to harry that the sun has allowed a comment section. Why do they not always allow comments on good ol superhero harry? Lets have some great comments.. What do you think of harry's power/ability to save or I mean protect 31000 jobs.
LOL Wow this Jon Ralston's love affair with our awful senator is gut wrenching! Sir, your in love with him but we are not. He's on his last year and smothering the airways with "I Love Harry Reid" commercials is not going to cut it. He's lost touch with Nevada.

What a joke! So Reid used stimulus money to prop up our badly managed casinos? I'm sure most of it went to the unions. Reid is an embarrassment to Nevadans and must be replaced.
