Leaders of Culinary parent union embroiled in nasty lawsuit

Saying he violated terms of the merger between UNITE (textiles) and HERE (Culinary parent), Bruce Raynor is suing John Wilhelm and accusing him of trying to muscle control of the union and seize its finances. D. Taylor, the local head of the Culinary, also is named. The lawsuit is posted at right.

    Tell me again why having card-check and making it easier for unions to control workers is better than secret elections. Always, always follow the money.

    Typical union thugs, now they are fighting amongst themselves.
