Cal Dunlap, who represents a woman who says she was fired over Jim Gibbons' texting controversy, says the governor, budget chief Andrew Clinger and gubernatorial spokesman Ben Kieckhefer libeled his client. Dunlap also, not coincidentally, represents Dawn Gibbons in the messy divorce. I have posted one of three letters Dunlap sent today -- they are identical -- at right.
