   Rogers loves Gibbons' money, or Nevadans' money to pay for the NSHE's top heavy administrators, including the 4 indicted official's paid leave. We know the NSHE could easily save millions if all the waste can be eliminated such as Bob Gilbert's and Sherri Payne's duplication of job description, or Richard Carpenter's being still on the CSN payroll.

   Gibbons will not be fooled by Rogers with Rogers' mismanagement of the NSHE and the resulted rapidly lost resources. Rogers must acknowledge the indictment of the 4 CSN officials, and sincerely come up with ideas to cut wastes within NSHE, instead of harassing the Governor daily on the money that Rogers shouldn't have wasted to begin with.

   Rogers lives in fanasty world.

   I hope that he does not expect the state to raise taxes on businesses that are barely staying in business.

   He agrees that there should not be cuts in other parts of the budget to feed NSHE.

   So, I am not sure where he thinks he will get his budget wishes.

   If he was doing his job then he would be working on a reorganization plan to deal with the big budgets that might be coming for the next few years...not just next year.

   But he does not have time for that.

   He is too busy writing his memos.

   He is too busy declaring war on the Republican Party and financing the Democratic Party's mailers that say Republicans want childern to die.

   He does not have enough time to deal with Gilbert. He had plenty of information last year that indicated Gilbert stole from the taxpayers. He found out that Gilbert stole in the past and served prison time. Rogers gave Gilbert a one year paid vacation. When Gilbert came back, then there were two people doing the same job and each getting paid over $100,000 each. Now, Gilbert is indicted. Guess what happen. Rogers is giving Gilbert another long term paid vacation.

   Thank God his time is running out on being a bully and a nut in the NSHE and completely clueless on being CEO of NSHE. Just look at all the destruction of good people that has been left behind in his wake. I am not sure on how he can sleep at night.
