Speaker Barbara Buckley says Gov. Jim Gibbons snubbed her when she asked him to audit insurance premium tax collections as possible source of revenue. Her letter is at right.

Buckley is going to spend more money hunting revenue sources than she's going to find.
Every time stuff like this is tried at the Federal level it either costs more for the government to get the money or it costs the economy more money than the federal government is able to get (opportunity costs).
I don't think Buckley is serious about solving our budget shortfall. I think she just wants tax dollars period.
