  1. Sounds like the dollars invested in Nevada's pre-paid tuition plan for my son will end up being spent elsewhere. I'm sure others will feel the same. Do Beers, Gibbons and others of their ilk even care?

  2. I'd be curious to know what percentage of Nevada's top officials and lawmakers have even seen the inside of a college or university other than to use a restroom.

  3. For the uninformed, the Nevada Legislature consists of a nuclear physicist, several lawyers, doctors, teachers of all levels of education, not to mention several who own their own businesses.

  4. The contrast between the views here at the Sun, as expressed by by writers and readers, are at a different level than those at the RJ. Keep it up Jon!

  5. This is all bull Ralston and Rogers know it.
    We have millions of untaxed income generated by the 174 adult entertainment ads in your phone book. Gaming enjoys the use of these ads as well as the lowest tax in the nation. Meanwhile Ralston and Rogers pretend to be concerned. I challenge any of them to debate me.
