Sounds like the dollars invested in Nevada's pre-paid tuition plan for my son will end up being spent elsewhere. I'm sure others will feel the same. Do Beers, Gibbons and others of their ilk even care?
I'd be curious to know what percentage of Nevada's top officials and lawmakers have even seen the inside of a college or university other than to use a restroom.
For the uninformed, the Nevada Legislature consists of a nuclear physicist, several lawyers, doctors, teachers of all levels of education, not to mention several who own their own businesses.
