That's what the candidate's lawyer says in a missive to the state party. It raises the allegations we heard in that conference call on Sunday, all but accusing the Clinton campaign of borderline illegal activity but insisting the Illinois senator will not go so far as to contest the caucus.
Technorati

Obama needs to take off the training pants, put on his big boy panties and quit the whining.
He reminds me of a spoiled rich white man.
(He kept his private plane and left the press to find their own flights, while Hillary dropped hers and boarded her press plane)
I try to like him but he is always complaining.
Plus, i think if he wasn't running for President he wouldn't give most people a second glance.
His nose would be too far up in the air.
I guess all of hillary's cheating, lying and stealing votes is her way of training for the Big House In DC.
Hey Goldwater Gal...your Republican Roots are showing. Tell bill to clean up his "PURSE."
I was an ambassador for Hillary Clinton in the Nevada caucuses. Ambassadors for Hillary were the people who were designated by the campaign as folks who would bring uncommitted caucus-goers or caucus-goers whose candidates were not viable. The piece of paper at the end of the letter was NOT distributed to precinct workers, despite what the Obama campaign says.
I attended the caucus and saw no one trying to close the doors until EXACTLY noon. I saw volunteers from each campaign except Obama's working together to get folks through the lines and seated in the correct locations.
There was a fun excitment in the room, lots of smiling and laughing. When the preprinted cards ran out, pieces of paper were used and it was explained over and over again how to use them.
The volunteers at my locations were very attentive, kind, helpful and followed the rules.
What is all the bitching and moaning about????
