Amodei resigns as head of mining group, says he is doing it for good of state

State Sen. Mark Amodei, sounding as pure as the driven snow, resigned from his hopelessly conflicted position as lead lobbyist for the Nevada Mining Association. Read his holier-than-thou resignation letter at right.
