Some SAGE suggestions

The Spending and Government Efficiency Commission has a list of ideas to present to Gov. Jim Gibbons on Sept. 30. They haven't voted on them yet, but read them at right.

    Duh the Public Works Board needs to be fixed.

    Why isn't there a list of what the state inventory is already? I thought there was one. That's how they found out those Northern NHP officers stole those vehicles, drugs, and weapons.

    I would like to see those tax exemptions reviewed and sunset every 6 years. 3 Sessions should be enough to find out whether they're working or they should be eliminated.

    Eliminating the State of Nevada office in DC is interesting. What does it do now? Will we be the only state without a presence there?
