Metro Police are asking the public for help in finding 19-year-old Roy Trost of Las Vegas, suspected in a kidnapping, sexual assault and robbery near Flamingo Road and Burnham Avenue.
The incident occurred about midnight Sunday in the parking lot of Desert Springs Hospital, Metro Police said.
The suspect was seen loitering in the area of the hospital before the crime occurred, police said. Trost is described as 5-foot-10 with a thin build. He has blonde chin hair, was wearing a blue or black baseball cap, square silver rimmed glasses, black shoes, blue jeans and had a dark short sleeve shirt with gold or brown lettering.
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this person.
Anyone with information is asked to call Metro's sexual assault unit. Detectives J. Baltas and A. Christensen are the lead investigators. The phone number is 828-3421. If one wishes to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers or Secret Witness can be reached at 385-5555.
