It shouldn't be a surprise that in the city synonymous with sex there lives a man who is a finalist for PETA's Sexiest Vegetarian Next Door Contest.
Domingo Castañeda, a 31-year-old Southern California native, beat out entrants from across the United States and Canada to become one of 16 finalists. As the name of the contest implies, Castañeda has been a vegetarian for at least a decade and loves living in Las Vegas because there are so many vegetarian-friendly restaurants.
His meat-free lifestyle isn't the only thing that puts him high on the list of finalists. He adopted three cats and saved an injured dog. His running and weight-training regimens might also have something to do with it.
