Flowers Sharron Angle sent to Joy Behar.
If Joy Behar's rant about Sharron Angle was intended to hurt the Republican Senate candidate, the point was lost on Angle.
In fact, Angle was so pleased with the free press, her campaign sent Behar a bouquet of flowers.
The note read:
"Joy,
Raised $150,000 online yesterday -- thanks for your help.
Sincerely, Sharron Angle"
Behar let loose on Angle earlier this week during an episode of "The View," repeatedly calling Angle an expletive and saying she is "going to hell."
Behar was responding to an Angle campaign commercial about immigration, which juxtaposes images of menacing-looking Hispanic men with images of white smiling school children.
Rachel Maddow called the ad "the most overtly racist" ad of the season. Behar compared it to a "Hitler youth commercial."
Angle shot back with roses and lilies.

I don't necessarily care much for either candidate at this point, but Sharon's response to this was brilliant.
Angle proved Joy right didn't she? I wonder if the campaign paid for the flowers or if we did with her husbands government pension.
That people believe this bunk article is beyond funny, truly shows that people around here drink way too much kool-aid. There is not a shred of proof to back this story and is just more BS coming from the Angle camp. Behar is off the deep-end, but her comments didn't drive 150k in online donations! What a touch showing a picture of flowers and saying that they were sent to Behar from Angle.

If Angle should win and anything is possible we will be rid of her. Let the rest of the country suffer the indignity of seeing this woman on the loose in the Senate. It's unfortunate Joy Behar is most recognized for using her celebrity to make a spectacle of herself in the hopes of garnering further notoriety. Her off color rhetoric only reinforces the notion that, "a progressive ideology is a proposition based in recrimination with no desire to come together in solidarity."

And how did the Angle campaign know just one day later how much was contributed in response to Joy Behar's comments? Was there a comment on the check or on the money transfer or on the credit card transaction? Or, could it be that the Angle campaign would have received the $150,000 regardless of what happened on the View? Seems to me the Angle campaign wants to look "cute" and once again is displaying no qualms with playing fast and loose with the truth!

This whole election cycle is about Race, if you don't think so, keep fooling yourself. When the mortgage bubble burst and the economy started going down the tubes during Bush's second term you didn't hear any of this crazy talk from the right. But cut taxes for the middle class and save jobs with the stimulus and all of a sudden we're a train steaming down the track to socialism. It's pathetic. I wish you folks had been so keenly aware of Sharron Angle's insidious evil nature when she was teaching your kids at school over the course of 25 years. Why hasn't Harry Reid picked up on this? I do hope all the Angle/Tea Party supporters are still on this blog next year when their favorites have voted for a budget with new deficits and they accept our "I told you so"s.
I assume the GOP will take the house and Boehner will be the new speaker and he will push through a budget that has new tax cuts, no significant spending cuts, some further deregulation, and new spending programs. Any one want to bet lunch on it?
Just remember that "speaker" Boehner pushed TARP, voted for every Bush deficit budget, every Bush tax cut etc, including Bush's last budget which increased the FY 2009 deficit to $1.4T compared to the surplus in FY 2001. I"ll go further than taht, the FY 2012 budget will have more total spending than the FY 2010 budget, even with Boehner as Speaker.
And I'll also bet lunch that, if Angle wins, she will get "shunned" in the GOP caucus for refusing to vote with her party. She'll accomplish nothing except to make Nevada irrelevant on the National stage.
And taken as a whole, all the above will help get Obama get re-elected.
This just goes along with everything that Sharron Angle does during this campaign. She don't answer questions. She places more emphasis on campaign money than she does on the issues. She runs from reporters. And if she runs from reporters, she runs from the people. NO ONE actually knows for certain what she stands for. Because of all the nutty things she claims. And when it gets over the top and really nuts and she gets called out for it, she relies upon her campaign slogan....

7. Pull 1 division of National Gaurd troops from Afghanistan and deploy on US - Mexico border.
8. Start process to shut down the EPA, OSHA, DOE, and any other agencies restricting our free market system.
9. Start congressional hearing on the eligibility of Barry Soetoro
10. Start a process to allow any Muslims that will denounce the Qur'an and Sharia law and swear allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America to remain in our country, deport all others.
These changes will get us back on track to again being the greatest country in the world and create the start of 100 years of unheard of prosperity for every American!

I think what most of the Democrats are missing here is that we, citizens of the USA, are damned tired of the illegals. Illegals, mind you, come from every country, not just Mexico.
