The oft-discussed and long-anticipated pairing of The Jacksons and “Rocktellz & Cocktails” is a reality. Brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon are performing 40 shows at Planet Hollywood’s PH Showroom from Feb. 20 to April 27.

“We’re honored to welcome The Jacksons, American music royalty and one of the most trendsetting and captivating artists of all time, to the ‘Rocktellz & Cocktails’ stage,” Adam Steck, “Rocktellz & Cocktails” creator and producer and CEO of SPI Entertainment, said today in a statement. “Audiences are going to love hearing their unbelievable stories and, of course, the songs that have helped them become so treasured and adored worldwide.”

Tickets are $54, $59, $79, $99 and $129 and are on sale beginning 10 a.m. Saturday at the Planet Hollywood box office or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000.

The Jacksons are alternating times with Meat Loaf under the “Rocktellz” format at Planet Hollywood. Meat performs at 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from Feb. 13 to April 8. The Jacksons are performing at 9:30 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays. The only days with a single performance would be Tuesdays for Meat Loaf and Sundays for The Jacksons.

Among the four Jacksons performing at Planet Hollywood, Jackie Jackson lives in Las Vegas. In the release issued today, he said:

“We are thrilled to be a part of ‘Rocktellz & Cocktails’ at Planet Hollywood. As a Las Vegas resident, I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this amazing series at one of the most iconic entertainment destinations in the world. My brothers and I can’t wait to take the stage and bring our hits — and the stories behind them — to life for the fans.”

This week, Steck said he also was in talks with Pat Benatar, REO Speedwagon and Roger Daltrey to perform in “Rocktellz” this year. The series opened with Meat Loaf and his 18-show run in 2013.

The announcement of The Jacksons' engagement at Planet Hollywood arrives amid a busy week for rock shows in Vegas. Earlier today, "Raiding the Rock Vault" at LVH announced its plans to return for an open-ended run beginning Jan. 24.
