Welcome to the ninth year of the annual high school football picks competition between Ray Brewer and Case Keefer.
The two Las Vegas Sun sports editors will typically post their prognostications every Monday afternoon. For the first time in history, they wound up with the same record last season with both finishing the year at 118-31 for a success rate of just less than 80 percent.
Can one of the two get out to an early lead this year?
Read below for their complete slate of week 1 picks, and make sure to check out the top 10 headed into the season.
