Metro: Prostitution, drug activity found at topless Rio pool (7-29-2009) Now that state gaming control and local business license officials are getting around to cracking down on “lewd” behavior on the Las Vegas Strip, they may want to take a look at the Clark County ordinance governing so-called European sunbathing. The ordinance permits topless bathing at designated adult pools but specifies that no special events, contests or parties are allowed. ...
