Former UNLV basketball guard Bryce Dejean-Jones who now plays for Iowa State University will miss tomorrow's game against the Iowa Buckeyes after being arrested early this morning for multiple charges involving a party, only to have them dropped hours later, according to the Des Moines Register.

Dejean-Jones was charged with a marijuana violation equivalent to a drunk-driving charge as well as a noise violation, according to a spokesman for the Ames police interviewed by the Des Moines Register.

Officers obtained a search warrant and found a small amount of marijuana inside the apartment, however, no individual was charged with smoking or possession of the substance.

The Iowa State University basketball guard was taken to jail and the bond was set for $1,600.

It is unclear whether he will play in a game against the Iowa Hawkeyes tomorrow. The Cyclones star declined to comment this morning to the Des Moines Register and has also been silent on his Twitter feed.
