TORONTO — Cadillac Fairview Corporation joined MGM Resorts International at the table Thursday in the high stakes fight to win a Toronto casino bid. The two companies have inked a deal for a joint bid on building and operating a Greater Toronto Area casino. The deal would make Cadillac Fairview a 50/50 partner with MGM in any integrated casino resort.
