Guess who was kicking the tires of Toronto casino sites earlier this month? Yes, that was Steve Wynn — the Las Vegas legend and creator of such gems as the Bellagio, the Mirage and the Wynn — people saw three weeks ago taking a look at the Toronto Convention Centre, Port Lands, the Canadian National Exhibition grounds and perhaps Woodbine.
