So did you pick up on Obama asking Jim Lehrer to "Let move on to the next topic." when he lost the tax reform dispute.
Lehrer had to coach Obama about is balanced approach.
Lehrer gave Obama 5 more minutes of debate time
Obama's Cutter blamed Lehrer for Obama inept performance
----
Congrads to Mitt Romney for the straight up answers on how to fix the economy and create jobs.
Romney repeatedly called out Obama "as inaccurate" and that Obama did not own the facts - particularly the bogus inaccurate $5 trillion tax increase and the $716 billion Obama robbed from Medicare.
- Obama stated that he and Romney have the same position on Social Security. Really
- Obama says he has a different definition of small businesses where those that empoly over half the people are not included
- Obama stated Romney supports Education reform
- Obama supports trickle-down-Government
- Obama stated we have seen progress with a Republican House the last two years
Congrads to Obama for keeping a straight face as he lied about Romney Personally, professionally and about plans for America - quite the showboat. He was even buying votes with more promises.
AARP came out immediately after the debated telling Obama that they did not endorse either candidate and they should not but used in the debate
Not much will change the majority on the dole will vote for Obama, while the majority of those working and paying in will vote for Romney.
But this will move some independents to Romney.
In this debate, Jim Lehrer was not a good moderator. On the outset Mr. Lehrer set the rules, but he did not follow the rules that were set.
I watched the debate for a second time, and Jim's handling of the debate was not as bad as watching the debate first time.
I then listened to the debate without the visual, and clearly President Obama made his points and Mitt Romney did not make his points. Based on the facts as the American people know the facts.
Jim Lehrer could have done better. Candy Cowley will be a much better moderator in the second debate. She will learn from this first debate.
