FBI investigating sale of flashlights allegedly stolen from Nellis

(via Coshocton Tribune) · June 18, 2009 · 10:46 AM

Federal agents searched a Warsaw, Ohio, home looking for flashlights allegedly stolen from Nellis Air Force Base.

According to the Coshocton Tribune in central Ohio, a search warrant that was filed in federal court in Columbus this week revealed the FBI was investigating the sale of SUREFIRE flashlights being auctioned online for a reduced price.

The warrant said an investigation determined the flashlights came from Nellis. No one has been arrested so far.

  1. Surefire are nice flashlights. I have several myself. And at the street price of $100-$500 (depending on model), they are far cheaper than the average Pentagon toilet seat or wrench.

  2. Someone stole my ipod. Will the FBI investigate for me, grill and torture everybody who was at the gym that day.
