NBC Sports is reporting that Harrah's employee Andrea McNulty alleges in a lawsuit filed last week in Washoe County that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her.

  1. I seriously doubt that any of that is true.

  2. The Sun just lost credibility when they published the name of an alleged sexual assault victim - bad form Greenspuns.

  3. Vegasjp, NBC Sports reported the name and since it is a civil lawsuit that becomes public information.

  4. We the Jury find the defendent Ben Roethlisberger "Not Guilty"

Don't even waste our time and taxpayer dollars with this crap, We already know the verdict.

Celebrities and Athletes don't do time in America.

And tell this hot waitress who made this stuff up so she could become famous to get lost.

We all know the drill. Let's just skip it.

    Been there done that.

  5. .
    ..
    ...Quarterback Sneak...???
    ..
    .

  6. Donte Stallworth of the Cleveland Browns just did a total of 24 days for driving drunk, running over a guy and killing him.

    24 friggin days!!!

Big Ben has nothing to worry about even if he is guilty.

  7. This is not a frivolous law suit. This is a case of "he said, she said". First, Ben was assaulting an 80 year old lady motorist with his Harley-Davidson a couple of years ago. Now, he's accused of assaulting a cocktail waitress in a bar. Is he gonna grow up anytime soon?

  8. TMZ has photos of her. Total dog. Not doable without insane quantities of alcohol. Her only hope in court would be a blind judge and a jury made up of 12 bitter women.

  9. Twelve bitter women we got, and all judges all infirm in some way. They had one that devised a machine to assist him in masterjudging while hearing evidence. They say you could hear the humming out in the hall.

  10. right. when someone goes straight for the lawsuit, without a criminal complaint or investigation, you know it's a fruad and a sham

  11. VegasJP, what are you talking about??? This is a CIVIL lawsuit, not a criminal complaint. The woman is SUING this man, which means the Complaint is public
    record. Duhhh.

  12. Big Ben is not to smart to begin with. There may be more to this than the football burnouts think.

  13. There is a photo of this 'woman' here:

Total dog! He would have had to be drunker than Donte.

  14. She may be a dog, but Big Ben is no male model. I hope it is not true as I am a fan of Big Ben and the Steelers.

  15. Sounds like she may be one of those GROUPIES...in which case I question ANYTHING she would say.

  16. Looking at this from the girl's side, I have been trying to come up with a scenario that makes some sense, but then I look at her face and I just can't come up with one. I mean, we've all had weak moments but this goes way beyond weak.

  17. i think they SHOULD publish the name of the accuser.

why is it fair to say someone committed a crime, ruining their reputation, but you get to be anonymous?

look, these lawsuits are nothing more than cash grabs.

  18. Is this a Kobe Bryant type of Colorado ski resort scenario?

  19. she haad to go civil be cuase there is nothing to charge....he will settel out of court... i need an athlete to talk to me for 5 minutes so i can cash in

  20. she waited almost a year to file charges, whats that tell ya? she finally sober up or did a lawyer whisper in her ear? its a sure thing someones gonna ask that question at the hearing.

  21. She should have changed her name years ago.
