The Boston Bruins of the NHL signed former Las Vegas Wranglers goalie Dany Sabourin to a one-year contract. Sabourin spent the past two seasons with the Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins. He is expected to compete for the back-up slot behind Tim Thomas. In 10 games with the Wranglers during the 2003-04 season, Sabourin posted a 6-3-1 record with a .937 save percentage and 2.35 goals against average.
