Steve Wynn, chairman of Wynn Resorts Ltd., told Bloomberg he is interested in buying some of the casinos owned by MGM Mirage, which may sell assets as part of an effort to reduce debt. Wynn is interested in the Bellagio, a resort he built before his previous company was purchased by MGM Mirage, as well as other Las Vegas properties, he said today in an interview. “I’d be interested, if at the right price, whether it’s Bellagio or Circus Circus,” Wynn said from the Milken Institute’s Global Conference in Beverly Hills, California.

The bellagio is not for sale! Concentrate on your properties and overrated shows such as Danny Gans.
Poker_Ray- well it seems you are another self appointed Vegas expert. Your ignorant, elitist comment about CC is most likely based on nothing more than your perceived notions and being a "cool" thing to say. Translation-you have probably never stepped foot in the place. I'm glad pompous people like yourself shun places like CC and feed at the trough of what marketers tell you is hip, it leaves historic and quirky places more accessible to real folks without pretension. So go feed at Pure nightclub cool guy.
Steve Wynn...must have found money under his pillow
I haven't been circus circus for 5 years, its dirty & tacky. It appears that maintenance has been lacking for a decade.
Bulldoze Circus Circus. Bellagio in Wynn's hands will be a good thing. It will balance out the Strip.
Steve Wynn is Las Vegas. He's the Howard Hughes of the day. It's OK for him to buy any hotel he wants! He has proven he is Las Vegas and knows how to make Hotels and Casinos profitable. By the way, Circus Circus is a DUMP and I've been there recently. It's a dump; but it's a friendly dump and of people work there and have worked there for many years! It's a great local hangout and it works. I hope he doesn't buy it just to tear it down. SW is capable of doing great makeovers. He's Las Vegas!
Bulldoze Circus Circus if only to remove 3,774 rooms from the bloated LV hotel market.
Really, the casino owners should all chip in and buy the dump just to implode it and reap the benefits. Maybe they could sell the implosion footage to some Hollywood film production. Ocean's 14?
