The Reno Gazette-Journal reports that Republicans and Democrats are in a statistical dead heat in voter registration in Washoe County. Both parties have 39.7 percent of eligible voters registered so far for the Nov. 4 election. The GOP lead has dwindled to 105 from 5,648 for the Aug. 12 primary.
