O.J. Simpson told a reporter for a Fargo, N.D. radio station Tuesday that his pending Sept. 8 court date in Las Vegas regarding kidnapping charges was the work of an ambitious Nevada prosecutor.
Simpson was vacationing in eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota when he told the radio reporter that the alleged victims were not even wanting to pursue the charges against Simpson and claimed that his name and status were the factors fueling the case.
