StumbleKTNV-TV is reporting that Gov. Jim Gibbons, who recently filed for divorce from his wife, explained he was embracing another woman in a parking lot because he thought she was having a medical problem. The Nevada Appeal, Carson City's newspaper, published photos of the governor hugging ex-playboy model Leslie Durant in a Reno parking lot. The governor told KTNV: "She had chest pains, it was radiating down her back and she could not catch her breath. She was crying and she did not know what was going on, she sort of had anxiety. I thought she was having a heart attack. I put my arms around her to convince her that she needs to go to the hospital."

Really? How stupid does he think we are? It sounds like the LuvGuv got caught in a grope. I haven't expected him to say anything honest during his administration ever since he told the public that his midnight swearing in was to protect us from terrorists. (For those who don't remember, it was so he could appoint his cronies to the Gaming Board.)
Yeah his current wife doesn't buy that B.S. either, Interesting if any judges that have a political interest beleives it either. 10 to 1 she loses in nevada courts.

When Clinton was getting BJ's all you leftie kooks said it was his personal business. Just because you dont like the Gov. you now criticize his every hug. The female Democrat politicians in Nevada couldnt get a hug unless they promised all you bottom-feeders free health care in return.

Ahhh there ya go laguna. I wondered how long it would take for hummers in the Oval Office to become part of the justification and excusing of Gibbons' trail of lies and dumba## moves. Was it also Gibbons' "personal business" when he abused tax statutes to take advantage of something contrary to law? Was it his personal business to take payoffs that are the subject of an ongoing (and never-ending?) FBI investigation? A time tested and often-used tactic in political circles, and not one ignored by Gov. Bozo: when the facts are against you, attack someone else and divert and deflect attention. Well done! (NOT)
Nevadans received exactly what they paid for in this Guv. Unfortunately the rampant mysogyny and myopia demonstrated above still rules the day in Carson City. We will be counting the cost of this mistake for a decade. And no one seems the least bit concern that he owns 8 guns?
Gibbons also said it was an "unsharpened pencil" in his pants pocket and he forgot to shake it out before he left the bathroom and just a little dribble running down his leg....
It just kills you never-met-a-tax-I-didn't-like liberals when a Republican gets elected to office with a no-new-taxes pledge and then keeps it. Gibbons kept his word and you just can't stand it!

Maybe the governor is in love with this young nice looking girl or Explayboy model. Nothng wrong with that since divorce rates in the US is probably over 50% by now. The young girl maybe also loves the older governor. Nothing wrong with that but people wants every good behaviour from public officials for some reason. They are just humans.
Let them get marry and get it over with if they are in love with each other. Why would the public go against a loving couple? His wife certainly is going to be very mad indeed. She married the wrong man. This happens all the time.
