The Associated Press is reporting that sheriff's deputies say a grandfather and great uncle are facing child neglect charges in Reno after failing to notify anyone for several hours that two young children they were caring for were missing. The 5-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy were found wandering in Sun Valley around 8 p.m. Saturday and placed with child welfare workers. About an hour and half later, deputies responded to a home in Sun Valley on a report of two missing children.
