Police say a pedestrian died at University Medical Center after being struck by a car that rode up on a sidewalk in northeast Las Vegas, according to the Associated Press. The man, who has not yet been identified, suffered fatal injuries in the crash a little before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on Lake Mead Boulevard near Castleberry Lane.
