Lawyers for some of the 40,000 patients of the Southern Nevada Endoscopy Center infected with hepatitis met with the lawyers of the center's owners on Friday for the second time. Among the items requested (and recieved) by the Endoscopy Center's lawyers were access to seized documents from the clinic and interviews with a sample of the individual plaintiffs.
